the arithmetic

Work out your margin before you sign up.

These are our real wholesale rates, and this is the same function your operator console runs when you price a plan. Move anything.

the unit

One allowance. Every chain.

Your customers buy capacity, not consumption. One credit is one request per second, weighted by how much work the call actually does — and it is spendable against every chain you sell, from a single key.

Nothing accumulates and nothing rolls over, so nobody can run up a bill they did not agree to. Over the ceiling is a 429, and nothing is charged.

Every competitor sells per chain. A customer who needs Solana and Base buys two plans, guesses the split, and pays for the guess twice.

Weights are per method and per chain, published, and never change without every affected customer being counted first.

What you can sell.

Enable a chain and every service under it becomes a line you can put in a plan. Adding one takes no deploy on your side and none on ours.

A chain marked soon is one we have not finished. Ask for it during signup — the list of what operators wanted and could not have is how the roadmap gets ordered.

your storefront

Your customers never see us.

Your name, your colour, your prices, your support address. Not in the footer, not in the favicon, not on the receipt. The only shared string is the hostname — and a custom domain removes even that.

questions

The awkward ones.

Not the reassuring ones. If you are going to build a business on somebody else’s infrastructure, these are what you actually need answered.

Something missing? Ask us directly.

01Who owns the customer?
You do. They sign up on your site, pay you, and see your name on every screen and every receipt. We never contact them, never market to them, and could not tell you who they are on another operator’s portal either — one operator cannot read another’s customers, plans or margin, and that is enforced by the database rather than by our good intentions.
02What happens if I leave?
You keep your brand, your domain and your customer list. What you cannot take is the infrastructure, because you never had it — that is the trade. Export is your customer records and your plan definitions; the endpoints stop when you stop paying for them, and we will tell your customers nothing on your behalf.
03Why is your cut 10%?
Because the wholesale rate is doing the real work. We would rather take a small share of something that grows than a large share of something that leaves. It is negotiable from your first conversation, and it is shown on your console beside every plan rather than discovered on an invoice.
04What if a customer hits their ceiling?
They get a 429 naming the method, the arithmetic and how long to wait — and nothing is billed. Capacity is a ceiling, not a balance, so a customer cannot cost you more than they paid. Your console lists who is being refused, because that is who is about to upgrade or about to leave.
05Do I need a domain?
No. You get you.site.nodeshop.app the moment you sign up — no DNS, no certificate, no waiting. Point your own domain at it later if you outgrow that; both keep working, same brand, same customers, same keys.
06How do I get paid?
In USDC, at the moment each payment arrives, split on-chain three ways: your share to your wallet, our wholesale and cut to ours. Nobody holds your money in between and there is no monthly settlement run to fail. You verify the wallet by signing a message — which proves you hold the key, where a deposit only proves you can receive.
07What is not built yet?
Self-serve is new, and the first operators are being onboarded with a human in the loop. Bandwidth packs and on-chain payout execution are wired but young. We would rather tell you that here than have you discover it in week two.

Your storefront,in ten minutes.

Nothing to install, nothing to deploy, no DNS to wait for. Your address is live before you have finished choosing a colour.
